Our first HOME meet is this Wednesday vs Penhurst, May 31 at 6pm. 

We are doing our team picture before the meet.  Please come to the pool at 4pm in your swim team suit.  If you did NOT get a suit, please wear a solid BLACK suit.  You will have the opportunity to take individual or family pictures after the meet as we get set up.

Our warm up begins at 5.  

You are responsible for your VOLUNTEER shift.  We will send out the volunteer list Wednesday early afternoon when we send out the lineup.  If you cannot work your shift, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to find a replacement.  Check in with Marcia Papst before the meet to get your clipboard/timer, etc.  Failure to show up or work your shift will cause your child to not be eligible to swim in the next meet.  This is a HUGE problem for our team.  We ALL need to work together to make these meets run.  I am too busy to find you or find a replacement for you.  Each family is required to work 2 shifts per swimmer.  This is very generous, other teams require a lot more, please be a team player and let's work together.  

We are starting something new this year, we will have a theme for our meets. The theme for this meet is USA!  Go find anything that shows off your Red, White and Blue spirit!  Hats, decorations, shirts, etc. 

Please park on the pool/sidewalk side of the street only.   

We need some homemade goodies.  Please let me know if you can make a dozen cookies, brownies, rice crispy treats etc for us to sell. 

Remember that the lineup posted on Wednesday morning is NOT the final lineup.  The final lineup will be emailed early Wednesday afternoon. 

Don't forget to bring Goggles, Swim Cap (we'll have EH ones for sale for $3), Towel and East Hampton Shirt.

If you have an issue during the meet, please find me. The referee and the coaches are very busy trying to run the meet.  Come to me and I'll take care of the issue.
